 PCM Risk Solutions have been the proud sponsor of Surrey CCC all-rounder James Benning for the last three seasons and look forward to continuing the relationship in 2007.
James broke into the County Championship XI in 2006 and recorded his maiden Championship 100 against Gloucestershire at the Oval on his 23rd birthday.
Despite his feats in the 4 day game, he is still best known as a one day player and recorded a magnificent 189 not out against the same opposition at Bristol in June in Surrey’s ultimately unsuccessful chase of 339 in the C&G Trophy.
He was once again Surrey’s leading batsman in both the C&G Trophy and the Twenty20 competition, scoring over 300 runs in each of them
