With ever increasing competition between parents to organise the best birthday party of the school year, the demand for party organisation and entertainment has never been greater. Clowns, magicians, character actors and puppeteers have never had so much work.
However, as with all organised events, it is fraught with the potential for disaster for both entertainer and the contracted organisers.
From the Magician’s car breaking down on the way to the party to the Clown having the flu! Or adverse weather and cancelled trains intervening to prevent the specially booked puppeteer from attending the party or event, the best laid plans are easily disrupted and children (and their parents) disappointed.
Whatever may cause the non appearance, it is advisable for the party organiser to have cover to protect against loss of income for any eventuality of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
We offer organisers 12 month policy covering loss of income due to cancellation of any or all of the events within that period, and public liability arising out of their organisation.
